JIFIT does not request customers to provide their card PIN, UPI PIN, CVV, OTP, or banking password directly to JIFIT.

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery is generally 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier availability, weather, public holidays, transportation conditions, or circumstances beyond JIFIT's reasonable control.

JIFIT offers eligible customers a 7-day return window, subject to the conditions specified in our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Customers should review the applicable policy before placing an order.

Returned products must generally be:

• Unworn
• Unused
• Unwashed
• In original condition
• Free from stains, damage, perfume, or other signs of use
• Returned with original tags, packaging, and accessories where applicable

JIFIT reserves the right to inspect returned products before approving a return or refund.

Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and the customer may need to follow the applicable return process.

Subject to applicable law, disputes relating to these Terms & Conditions or purchases from JIFIT shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts having jurisdiction over JIFIT's place of business.
